Pineapple Lime Chipotle

This is a great all round sauce, it has smoke, sourness and plenty of sweet. Generous additions of pineapple and sultanas give this sauce a wonderful tropical depth, and it really can go on almost anything, particularly good on pizza. Medium heat.
